Congrats Aww! How old is your first again? I have two that are 4 1/2 years apart and it has worked out great! Older daughter loves to play the little mom, she is a big help. BTW...I just have to say that your avatar frightens me immensely!! :-o

Anyhow, congratulations, you know the drill though, get all the sleep you can now, if your first will let you, you will need it later!! ;-D

We had our second surprise 9 months ago (the first one is not 3 yet) and for some reason it is more than double the work.
Two kids is three times the work of one kid and I get the feeling that three kids would be six times the work. But I wouldn't trade it for anything ;-D

The way my hubby describes going from one child to two is from playing zone defense, to playing man-to-man. It's a whole different ballgame! ;-D
