Now before every gets made and says this should be in the trade forum, here me out. I currently have Manning and Wayne on my team and the guy who I could very well be playing in my first round has C-Pepp(I say this b/c of the way the standing are. He would pretty much have to lose out to miss the final spot and I am currently running away with first)
Anyways, the Colts play Bal on week 15 while the Vikes are up against Detroit that week. I was thinking on trading Manning(not this week but in about a couple of weeks) for C-Pepp straight up. So, if I indeed end up playing him then Wayne could cancel out some of Peyton's TDs and C-Pepp's stats will be all gain to me. Plus, Det's D is much easier than Bal as everyone knows. I was wondering what you guys think of this stategy?
Again, sorry if this is not the correct forum but I know I will get more useful insite from you guys rather than others browsing the trade forum. Thanks;-D

First when did B/F become be for I always thought it was boy friend or best friend? hmm. I wouldnt trade the stud Manning who is on fire for Culpepper who is dropping drastically. Keep your line up Just because Culpepper might have alittle better game in week 15 he wont win the whole game for this man

LOL. I've heard it used both ways. Oh well you know what I mean.
I fixed it for ya buddy. Don't wanna get anybody else confused.
i soooooo can't wait for that game. that's gonna be interesting, the best D agains the best O. i see why you are thinking about that strategy. maybe you can do the trade now and buy c-pep low and try and squeeze something extra (or swap other players for an upgrade). of course you have to worry about moss and the viks being bad finishers, but i'd try and do it now only if you can get something extra
Well id put much of the decision on Moss at this point , but assuming hes back, id do it. Yes Manning is having an amazing year, but at that point it becomes a four game run.
Indy plays - TEN @HOU BAL SD
Minny plays - @CHI SEA @DET GB
So Id give the edge in mathcups to CPepp. And if you emphasize the playoffs (15-16), CPepp clearly has the edge IMO.
Id go for it as long as you think Moss will be back.
