Maybe this belongs in the Suggestions forum, but I'll throw it out as a bone here, I think it fits at least a little bit.

Reading through the various threads on collusion, trades, vetos, trade deadlines, keeper setups etc. wouldn't it be nice to have some sort of repository for league rules? An archive that future commissioners could pull laws/rules/clauses out of, adapt to their own liking and use for their own leagues?
guidelines for creating a set of rules, warnings regarding omitting some clauses, drawbacks of some rules

various types of scoring systems, the pros and cons of each etc.

anyone have a link to something like that?
does it seem like it is something that could be done in the cafe?

I'll bump this up because I am still interested and it got pushed down with all the sunday morning "will soandso play today" threads. Maybe someone will actually find it pertinent

Thats not a bad idea. Getting people to actually do it would be the challenge.
BTW, wouldn't it be nice to have a injury forum for all of those "will so and so play today" threads?
