So what you're saying is that the guy's best performances shouldn't count, and that we should compare him to others using their best performances though, excluding only his? You want to take away TO's best 2 games and compare him to other WRs, you have to take away each other WR's best 2 games as well. Even then, its not an accurate comparison, but at least its comparing the same thing (WR's performance without their 2 best games). Have you any idea what his stats look like comparatively then?
TO: 682 yards, 6 TDs
Javon Walker: 498 yards, 4 TDs
Burress: 356 yards, 1 TD
Reggie Wayne: 433 yards, 4 TDs
There's just a few guys off the top of my head, and if you take away their best games and TO's, TO still beats them all hands down.
