Stop complaining about regioanal coverage. get the package.

I have just read my 100th post complaining about the regional game they were forced to watch being incredibly boring. I can not believe every one does not have the N.F.L package on direct T.V. It costs a measly $159 a year in order to watch any game you want. Even the average fantasy geek should be able to put 50 cents into a jar every day in order to save up for this incredble invention known as the N.f.L. package.
I am curious as to why people do not have the package? How about my fellow fantasy football owners who do. Is the N.f.L packagege worth the price of admission.

It's really not worth it. Too expensive. I wish you could buy a per team package. Despite the insane price I always reason it and work it into my budget.

My work relocated me from Long Island to NC. I get a package for all four sports (Giants, Mets, Knicks, Isles) and I'll need a second job soon if they hike the prices again.

why don't i have the nfl package? for one i'm in college. for two, i'm living in the dorm. and for three, it's overpriced when you can "watch" the game on gamecast nearly as well. i can come on the cafe and couple that with reading things on other websites for the game analysis (beyond the numbers). works good enough for me, and doesn't cost me a dime. the only extra money i'll ever spend is 10 bucks so i can get live scoring on my money league next year. sure beats doing it by hand, which i have been for years now. i can't tell you how many hundreds of pages in my history are from swittching among games on sundays, i never use the back button because i switch so frequently.

Who still lives in dorms?? Go get some guys together & pool money together. We had 10 guys throw in $1 every week and paid it off. We all had a blast every Sunday.

To the starter of this post, most of the people here won't pay a measly $10 to play fantasy sports (and proceed to continuously b!tch about Yahoo), don't hold your breath trying to convince people to spend here.
