KC declined an illegal contact penalty on NE b/c the result of the play was a 36 yard pass to Morton. NE challenged the play, however, and it was overturned. Shouldn't KC have the option to take the penalty then?
I guess not, since they didn't get it, but I was curious... Anyone know the full rules on this? Interesting nonetheless.

That's lame. But the refs can reverse their decision? Sounds like the Chiefs got the shaft.
