Yahoo Trading Deadline Question...

Postby The Great Gambini » Fri Nov 26, 2004 1:49 pm

My trading deadline in yahoo league is today...does that mean that the trade has to be processed and completed by today, or both parties have to agree by today?
This morning, I agreed to give up Carr and Dunn for Brees, and we have a 2 day trade reject time, so Im curious as to whether the trade will actually be able to happen or not.
Thanks.

I thought that it meant all trades had to be completed today. Can't your commish override the waiting period?

If you accept the trade before the calender day ends you're fine. But, you probably won't get to use those players this Sunday unless your commish speeds up the transaction.

Contact you're commish so you can have Brees against KC.

The trade will go through because it was accepted by both owners before the deadline.

Unfortunately, I'm playing my commish, so I don't think that'll happen!

Well, post and ask the league, and then he'll look like an idiot if he doesn't approve after the league said it was ok. Post something saying post only if you disagree, and then you'll have the lazy bastards on your side.

Yeah, that would be bad ethics by the commish.
