say i have a pyoff spot locked up, with this week and next week to go. if i win the next two games, i'd go up against the strongest team, who happens to have the 3rd best record. if i lose one or both of the next two, i'd go against a higher ranked team that isn't as good, and i might have a chance to let my buddy sneak into the playoffs. is it unethical to throw the last game or two to give yourself a better playoff matchup?
