There has been speculation about Suggs' toe. This was just added to cbs sportsline

News: According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Lee Suggs (toe) is likely out for Week 12 at Cincinnati. Although coach Butch Davis still says Suggs will be a "game-time decision.", the back admitted after practice on Friday that he was frustrated because "I'm missing another game." William Green will start for the Browns.

Analysis: Assuming he starts, Green is a nice No. 3 Fantasy option for Week 12. Adimchinobe Echemandu will be the No. 2 back for the Browns.
