Does anyone tape Sports Center?

Postby chinch sacs » Sat Nov 27, 2004 10:49 pm

I was just wondering if anyone tapes Sports Center often or all the time.

The reason I ask is there was an episode that had a segment that I really enjoyed, and apparently ESPN does not sell copies of thier shows (some legal issue)

So if you keep old copies of Sports Center, please email me or leave a post, I would be willing to give you alittle money to make me a copy.

Thanks

Fantasy sports are dominated by the 50-50-90 rule.
any time you have a 50/50 choice on something,
90% of the time you'll get it wrong.

I don't. 1 main reason being that there is a new episode every hour or so with updated sports info.

Yea, considering the sheer amount of Sportcenters I doubt someone would keep an extensive collection. I would advise to pay attention to ESPN closely, sometimes they replay their old segments.

I called them, they siad they dont sell copies of thier shows.

And by the way, I didnt mean every HOUR, at the end of the day they show the 10 oclock one over and over, I figured that maybe SOMEBODY might keep a copy for each day, I dont know.

Also, of anyone is interested, it was the segment on Stefan LaFores (SP?) the college QB that has an all deaf family. The segment talks about how he deals with hearing and sign language on and off the field.

I am taking a sign language class and I thought it would be neat to show to the other students.

Keep a close watch, they'll definitely replay that one on ESPN like they did with the old guy in the wheelchair that loved the college football team... forgot the guys name.
