Panthers are the easy call here IMO.

As a fan, I'd love to say the Bears, but Grossman is STILL basically a rookie in the league (I believe he's played all of 6 games). Still not sold he's the long term answer at QB. If we don't know the answer by next year, it's time to move on.

Not Miami. unless they are very creative on draft day, make some trades and do well in free agency. If they keep essentially the same team they will lose. The reason is the o-line. A good offensive line is the structure of a good team.
This is really early but my bounce back for next year has to be the cowboys. Two top 10 picks, a good defense and a good coach.

Tennessee Titans.

Once the injuries give way, they'll have a pretty solid team. They'll have to hope for a wild card though, because they're in the Colts division.

I also think the Panthers are the easy choice here. Once Smith and Foster come back, hopehully theyll get a DB with their high draft pick and they should be competitive next year. Maybe O-line (?)

I'll be homer and go with my Saints.

They need to get an offensive mind at head coach to work with Brooks (Charlie Weis gets my vote) and hire a young, aggressive defensive coordinator to help mold that side of the ball.

First and foremost, they need to get a football guy at GM. Pioli would be a slam dunk, but I doubt the Pats let him get away.
