Evidence is mounting. Here's the list so far:

1) Both are former players of pro sports
2) Both men smoked/still smoke more than their share of Mary Jane
3) Both guys are eccentric
4) Both preach their misguided ideologies to anyone who will listen/read
5) Both were very good players at their position
6) Both believe they are the greatest players to ever play their position
7) Both Williams and Walton are guys that you either love or hate.
8) Both Ricky and Bill are Hippies!!
9) They both emit a foul and unpleasant odor.
10) Both have hair I'm glad I don't have.
11) They both have big toothy grins.

walton is an annoying, loud, obnoxious @$$. Ricky seems quiet, shy and generally avoiding contact.
so they're identical. brilliant.

bill walton is to the NBA as warren sapp is to the NFL.

Nobody loves Bill Walton. He's the Tim McCarver of basketball. I guess people love to hate him....

I like Bill Walton's announcing. I used to hate it.

However, he always uses hyperbole as fact when he announces and it's hilarious. "That was the the single greatest pass I have ever seen!!!"

My cousin bought a videogame with Walton as the announcer and it was hilarious. Every basket was the "most amazing dunk ever" or the "greatest play in the history of basketball."

hmmm Warren Sapp. OK. Other than being loud and obnoxious, what does he have in common with Bill Walton again? You make no case for them having a lot in common.
