Miami, undoubtedly has one of the top 5 defenses in the NFL and going into next season will have one of the best WR corps in the league with Chambers, Booker, Boston and McMichael. But what are the missing pieces? The offensive line definitely needs a huge upgrade and a top 10 RB will also be in need. Will Ricky return? Will Edge James end up on Miami or will Miami try to secure one of Minnesota three RB's most likely Bennet. Then there is also the possibility that KC, assuming Holmes isnt sitting with a career ending injury that has been disclosed, of shopping Johnson or Blaylock.

How good would Miami be next year with the Addition of a improved offensive line, Drew Brees and Michael Bennett?

I wouldn't put their WR corp up there either.

The team needs an O-Line, QB, RB, D-Line help, a coach, and some prayer.

The only reason Miami's D is not at the top statistically is because they have been on the field 45 of the 60 minutes of the game.

Maybe not fantasy wise, but I believe this guy is talking real life here.

As he said, they're on the field nearly 3 quarters of the game. Yet they still rank 6th in total defense (yards).

They rank just in the top half in scoring defense, but there's a noticeable stat attributing to that.

Miami points allowed:
Total TD's allowed: 26
Passing TD's allowed: 11
Rushing TD's allowed: 8

The missing 7 TD's? Defensive TD's by the other team, which obviously the Miami defense has nothing to do with.

Take that out, and it drops their average nearly 4 points per game, which puts them right at the #5 spot.
