Notre Dame really screwed Ty. I mean they only gave him 3 years. How do u expect somebody to take over and get all his recruits in only 3 years. Bad move on the admistrations part

As a loyal ND fan, I must agree with you. I really thought Ty was a good coach that really could bring ND back. He did need more time. I mean you fire him, with his first recruited QB in only his Sophomore year? That's not fair. As I have said before (not in here), I believe Ty's 8-0 start at ND left everyone with higher expectations than were realistic and it hurt him more than it helped. I will also say though, I will not be dissapointed to see what Urban Meyer can do with Quinn and this offense!

I agree, he got off to such a great start and the expectations were so high and then he followed that up with 2 not so great years. I also would have liked to atleast see him get one more year. You have to give his recruits a chance to developed at least.
