While Taco Bell is cheap, it's only a shell of what it once was.
Who here remembers the 59/79/99 menu? You could get a whole (large) meal for around 3 bucks.
Now they've gotten rid of half their good stuff (tostadas where are youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu) and jacked up the price on the other half, replacing it all with overpriced crap like gorditas and challupas and super inverse upside down zesty spicy chicken steak border bowl salads.
I still like to load up on tacos every once in a while, but all the other new stuff just doesn't do it for me.
Whoever said arby's was on the right track, that place is great.
i was pissed when they discontinued them!! haha
Ditto here man. You used to be able to GRUB for under $3. Best late night, heavy drinking hang out there was. One of the Taco Bell's in the town where I went to college was the highest grossing Taco Bell in the US due mainly to the fact that it was a) right near the bars and b)open till 3AM.
I like simple pleasures, like butter in my ass, lollipops in my mouth. That's just me.
I rarely ever eat fast food, but for some reason Carl's Jr. is my fave. I just like the burgers there for some strange reason. Maybe it's something they put in the meat...maybe it's best not known, kind of like the Chipotle calculator.
I have to say that my fav is Taco Bell. I know it is disgusting, but I love their tacos and nachos. I also LOVE White Castle! I haven't seen that one yet. If some of you are in college, isn't that a mainstay??!! We don't have any close by though, so I don't get to have it ever. I find great burger places everywhere I live, like In and Out, Jack in the Box and Carl's Jr. No In and Outers here??
