As you all know the fantasy playoffs are starting (week 15 for me) and I have one very interesting question about playoffs. I was thinking about teams that aren't playing for nething and have already clinched a playoff spot, aren't they going to rest their superstars (most guys on fantasy teams). How do u adjust to these situations, they might not be good plays if their team is getting ready for the playoffs. The players on teams to avoid are probly going to be:
Atlanta
Philly
I can't think of neother
Could please tell me if my thinking is true?????
thanks
No one will be rested until home field throughout the playoffs is clinched. And since ATL is only a game behind Philly and Pittsburgh is tied with NE, this isn't going to happen real soon. No worries.

We discussed this here last week and I've read no opinions that convince me to be concerned about this. As I said before, the only significant example that I can recall of a team resting starters was Denver last season and that backfired badly when they failed to show up against Indy in the playoffs.
Once a team has locked down home-field, then MAYBE we'll see some starters get a quarter or a half off, but it isn't something I'm going to work around now.

Yeah, the 4-7 teams still have a chance at the playoffs, and nobody has clinched a home field spot yet. It's actually a really good year for Fantasy Football, I don't think we have to worry about many studs getting rested.
