Yep, just saw this on ESPNews...Guess the he didn't want his dream job after all. Honestly, after ND screwed Willingham, I don't think I would want to go there either.

Yeah, ND really got left holding the bag on this one. Speculation will always be there as to what happened but it doesn't sound like the ND brass was too kind to Meyer during their interview. We'll never know the truth, but it's time for them to look elsewhere.

I think this is going to come back and bite ND in the butt. Especially if they let Willingham go, expecting to get Meyer.

The Willingham hire was a fiasco a few years back, since they hired the one guy and fired him shortly there after.

I know it's still Notre Dame. But you can't expect too many people to want to go there after seeing how Ty was treated, and shown the door.

Willingham was this year's "Urban Meyer" three years ago. Meaning he was the hot coach available. Meyer was smart to not go there, after seeing Willingham get screwed over.
