If by "they" you mean Mike Tice and his rolls of fat, then yes, they suck.

I don't understand how when you're owning a team on the run you don't continue running the damn ball. Onterrio was averaging 6 yards a carry. Did he get hurt or something? Because I don't know why you would change to the pass which didn't really work all day.

Hell, when you're on the 5 yardline with a couple of downs and they can't stop the run, why pass?
