sleeper TE for rest of year

I know some people dont emphasize this position much but we start 2 in my league and TE points make a difference. One to consider is Chris Cooley for Washington. He didnt even get ranked on the cheat sheet for this site last week, but he has caught a td in 3 of his last 5 games. He didnt catch one this week but had 75 yards. Just a suggestion if you need a TE. Here is what foxsports said about him:

Fri Dec 10 2004 - Cooley has TDs in three of his past four games, and coach Joe Gibbs is talking about giving him more attention going forward. Cooley is absolutely a Gibbs-type player. He is a smooth route runner and a gutsy player. He gets separation, and he makes plays. Cooley is about as athletic as a dying gnu, but he has dynamic scoring potential as long as the coaches love him and he gets the rock near the goal.

8 teams and I've been plating LJ Smith and Johnson. I dropped Johnson to pick up Cooley

I was actually looking at Cooley as well i had Witten on my team earlier in the year but was too impatient with him so now i have LJ smith who has been descent lately. Cooley is an interesting pick especially with the skins offense starting to resemble an NFL offense instead of a high school one. Everyone in my league seems to hoard TE's which makes the waiver wire very thin.

I'm thinking as well that Cooley is the best option on the WW at this point. He plays SF and then Dallas, both bad against the pass.

I think his semi-emergence is basically consistent with Ramsey playing. I think he's solid to continue to get looks, not just a spotty Mark Campbell type.

6 Games Ramsey has played - 21 catches for 172 yds, 4 TDs

7 Games Brunell has played - 7 catches for 73 yds, 1 TD

Don't expect nothing huge from him but if you've basically got nothing but a body at tight end then he's worth starting and he does have good matchups, SF and Dallas to finish the fantasy year.

I picked up this guy as insurance in 2 leagues last week and actually used him over Dallas Clark on 1 team.Solid production from a WW TE.

He is primarily a blocker but has a penchant for finding soft spots in defenses,Ramsey likes him and looks for him.
