What's up with Crumpler & Falcons?

Postby venus » Mon Dec 13, 2004 4:23 pm

I haven't been able to catch the falcons games the last few weeks so I was hoping someone can fill me in on what's going on with Vick and his supposed fav target Crump. Two bad weeks in a row for him and that hasn't really happened this year. Is this a trend for the rest of the year?

QB's Plummer , Hass, Bledsoe
RB's SA, Dom, Dunn
WR's Marv, Bruce, McCardell, Burleson, Keyshawn
TE's Crump, Witten
K's Elam
D Pitt

The Falcons won 35-10 so I think that they're alright. TE's are inconsistent, you can't expect 60 yards and a TD every week from any TE.

Very true...Even Antonio Gates (the best FF TE right now) had a couple of bad weeks (0 tds)

It would appear on a broad scale ...that many NFL defenses have finally caught up with this years TE phenomenon schemes
