sleeper running back

i have shaun alexander and ladainian tomlinson as my stud rb's, tho alexander has hardly been a stud, and travis henry as one of my reserves. im looking for a sleeper rb to add, there are currently 50 active rb's in my league, so if i could find one no one knows much of who'll at least get the ball maybe 10 times a game, maybe score occasionally, maybe even have upside potential, it'd help my depth on bye weeks.

there arent many extra rb's laying around, especially if you are in a competitive league.
The usual suspects are Stacey Mack, because of fragile Freddy. James Jackson, Willy Green is on the downslide.
The only good sleeper back out there would probably be Moe Williams (Minnesota), Bennett got hurt last sunday and Moe came in and produced 100+ yards on 15-17 carries. If Bennett doesnt produce soon, you may see a change.

As in most leagues RB's are scarce,injuries are the key here.Keep an eye on this ,not just Monday & Saturday,but thru the week.It sucks to have to wait on an injury,but thats what happens in FF.When injuries occur,grab a back-up on a team that has already established a decent run game.i.e. Good O-line.

you may try and pick up deshaun foster. when he comes back from injury he should take over as the lead back for carolina. he has the potential to be a good sleeper pick.
