Hicks could be just the guy to put a dent in the Washington defense on Sunday. Don't underestimate the effectiveness of fresh legs late in the season. Hicks has only started 1 game, and has less than 50 carries under his belt for the entire season. Everyone else is in week 15 dealing with minor injuries, fatigure, mental slowdown, etc. etc., and Hicks is fresh.
This is also a game that should be totally unpredictable in scoring. Neither team has been consistent at any point in the season and this game could easily turn into a shootout. I wouldn't necessarily want to start Hicks this week, but I think he could be a sneaky start if you have no other options at RB#2 or as a flex player.
