LaMont Jordan

I really like LaMont Jordan to get alot more a carries for New York. He reminds me of Corey Dillon and Lamar Smith in one. Dillon's speed and quickness and Smith's durability and power.

Last year, Curtis Martin said that he was in the most pain of his career, but he played through it. He always plays through his injury and that could be what shortens his career. Also, he had maybe his worst rushing year last year.

I just don't think the offense can go far with Conway and Chrebet at the feature wideouts. This will put more pressure on Martin on top of what he is used to and i can see a break down coming at some point in the early season.

Curtis Martin and the Jets got off to terrible start last season before Pennington and Coles saved the day. This season there is no Coles and the Jets will probably have to run the ball more. And they face some pretty good defenses late in the season while their bye week comes rather early.

I think LaMont Jordan will be starting sometime in the season and if he can get so momentum going and a lil confidence, Curtis Martin shouldn't be back in the lineup.

Curtis not starting the whole year. Wow, interesting predict. I will watch things more closely in NYJ camp.

If healthy Martin will start all year unless he reallly really stinks it up (100 yards in the 1st 5 weeks). I do agree that Jordan will see an increased role but will not cut into curtis' production that much. Jordan will probably vulture 3 or 4 hundred yards and like 4 TDs but thsats all[/b]
