shameless plug in the wrong forum...

I apologize, as this is knowingly posted in the wrong forum, but I felt the need to shamelessly plug a part of this forum that needs your help!

Two weeks ago, while bored off my rear end at work, I stumbled upon a little-visited forum by the name of "Great Debates." The basic idea is getting a bunch of forumers together to offer arguments towards a fantasy topic of the week. The top arguments are presented and votes are cast. It's a ton of fun, and a great place to show off some of your knowledge and debating skills, or just to cast your opinion of the arguments offered. Unfortunately, the number of people visiting this forum is dwindling, and I expect that is because many people never scroll past the newly-formed "football leftovers" forum to discover this fountain of fantasy excitement. And so, next time you have a spare second, take a look at the next forum down the list. Offer your vote on this week's debate (see the sig), sound off on the "ad hoc" debates tossed out like this one, and get your debating skills sharpened to offer up your own argument for next week's official great debate!
