DLL's are dynamic link libraries. They have a big part in actually running programs. Windows has tons of them. Unless the specific DLL you need is stated on the installation screen, it would be pretty difficult for you to figure out which one you need to find. If the DLL's are already loaded in the directory for the program, you might be able to find which one you need by looking for a site that shows all the DLL's the program uses. Then you can track down the one you don't have.
Of course, then you have to locate a site that has that DLL available for download...that might be difficult.
I have needed DLL's to run programs before, but those were normally ones that Windows needs to have so it can run your program. Most of those are publically available. DLL's for a specific program like that might not exist for download. The Adobe site might have them somewhere and would be the best place to start.
