Third pick is a running back

I have the third pick in twelve team yardage league.. Williams and Tomlinson will be gone. I don't want to pick Holmes or Faulk...I know there's Portis, but i really like McCallister.. How much of a risk is it to take Duece at number 3 than those other backs?

do what you want but i have portis right up there with LT and ricky i would def. take him. only risk is him hurting that small frame. he did put on some more weight in the off season though

McAllister is a excellent choice at #3. You have nothing to worry about!

maybe you can trade you 1st and second round picks with the person who is drafting 5th. of course this is only beneficial if you are in a snakinf draft. most likley portis and Holmes would be picked and then you could pick up McAllister and have a higher pick in the second round. that all said i think you should just pick Portis at 3.
