Best of the bottom defenses??

I drafted the Seattle defense because I think it will be a sleeper defense overall thanks to a cupcake schedule. However, there are several interesting options on waivers that I'm considering. Out of the following defenses/STs, who would you start on a regular basis:

New Orleans
St. Louis
Cleveland
Houston
Minnesota
Seattle

u get ur wish, seattle. but i was impressed with housotn last year, and i think st. louis will return to respectability on D.

I like the Rams out of those this year. They are tied with the Cards for the softest schedule this year. Their Week 13 thru 15 games are Cleveland, Seattle & Cinncinati. Not to bad. But the team you already have in Seattle get to play the Cards in the Week 16 Super Bowl week in FF.

Other reasons I like the Rams from that list is Def Coord. Lovie Smith. He will be a Head Coach soon in the NFL and he's worth it. He comes from the Tampa Bay Defense guru Monte Kiffin. They will have Archaleta, A. Williams, L. Little, Winstrom, #1 draft pick Kennedy, LB's Thomas (last years #1) etc... They will be respectable and even better if the Rams offense can get back to there old ways. IMO.
