Raiders are stuck in a horrible cycle.

The Raiders need some major help. Year in and year out the upper management creates more problems or at least leaves and hires more over hill over paid players on its team. Blame everybody the players, coaches, front office. Nobody exceptions. Al Davis is at the root of this obviously. These guys can't do anything right.

One fluke year and couple serviceable seasons prior to the super bowl appearance.

Offense is terrible. Starting at QB and down to the Running game. Defense is underachieving again. Conrnerbacks are stars in their minds and not on the field. At least lechler made the pro bowl.
