Inspirational Sports Stories...

Was wondering if anyone here had some links to solid, inspirational sports stories. I have a cousin who's a sports fanatic that was recently diagnosed with MS. Dealing with something like that is incredibly hard, especially for someone in his 20's who was not too long ago looking at a possible MLB career. I wanted to collect some sports stories that showed people overcoming personal odds in an effort to help my cousin through this rough stretch. Thanks!

The Lance Armstrong book was great. As was the Michael J Fox one, though hes not an athlete. CC was right with htose chicken soup books.
