Anyone in the Forum run a 2 Conference League ?

Next year, we are looking to expand our league (private) and move to a 2 Conference League with probably 10 teams per conference, for a total of a 20 Team League. (this is a re-draft league).

We will be making the entire roster of NFL players available to both conferences, but we will play some inter-conference games.

I'd like to correspond with an experienced commish or forum owner who has played in a league similar to this format, with multiple conferences to discuss lessons learned and things to look out for, etc.
