I'm actually hoping this is what most people think. I agree that he had a down year but he actually performed pretty well as far as TEs go. He was 5th in scoring in my league for TEs. He was fairly consistent as far as fantasy scoring goes, having atleast 6 points or more in 9 games (1pt per 10yards rec, 6pts TDs). We complained about his TDs before. Well, he's improved on those and I think both those and his yardage will get better as Eli becomes more accustomed to running the offense next year.

If you can't get Gates or Gonzo in the late 2nd or early 3rd (and perhaps you don't want to pay that price for them). Shockey will be a very good alternative for the price, probably a 5th, maybe 6th rounder.

I have never drafted Duece and I guess I am kinda glad. Everyone seems to hate him when they have him on their team. So I will stay away from him if I have too. My other is to not draft one year wonders like S. Moss and P. Price

I will never draft Matt Hasselbeck. I dont know if he's going to throw for 350 yards and 4 TDs or 85 yards and 3 INTs.

Never say never fellas. Cmart and Tiki went way late in all of my drafts this year. That being said, I'll wait for all the skill players from the Saints to drop a couple of rounds next year. It's so frustating to have Brooks, Deuce, Horn, WR#2 and Boo hit or miss for four months every year.

Amani Toomer..no touchdowns all year!

I know the Giants QB situation wasn't the best, but come on!

Also, Justin Fargas. Complete waste of roster space.

At the risk of piling on ...

Any Saint (well, I might consider Horn, if he slips).

Over the past four years I've had Brooks and Deuce twice each ... had both in '02 when the entire franchise shut it down at the end of November, just as we approached our fantasy playoffs.
Obviously I didn't have Deuce for his breakout '03, cuz I bit the bullet and grabbed him No. 8 overall this season.

Y'all are free to take him next year and I'm sure he'll have another breakout - cuz I'm not gonna go anywhere near him.
I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my grandfather.
Not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

I refuse to draft any wide receiver from Atlanta, Chicago, Baltimore, San Francisco, NY Giants, Dallas, Washington, Detroit, Arizona and New England unless I see enough changes to warrant the risk...

but first I must remind myself to "NEVER" drink alcohol at the draft

Roy has great talent ....as well as Coles, Branch, Boldin ect
but the systems (and quarterbacks they deal with) make them less attractive at draft time
