I like to thank Aaron Brooks Mom for weighing in on this! jk.

I think you are wrong in you opinion, just as Brooks was. The one common denominator true with all great QBs is their unquestioned leadership skills. Brooks blaming his teammates for holding him back, and in the post game interview talking about how the reporters were all wrong....blah, blah, blah. That shows a distinct lack of maturity and selfishness. Neither quality that is found in great QBs, and the post game comments make me think that he doesn't even realize that he was wrong about what he said. How his teammates don't kick his butt...

What a moron. He is not even a top 10 QB in my opinion. It's funny that he would say that. He is clearly not a good leader, poor decision maker, and not as good as he thinks he is.

not alot of QBs have a #1 as good as Horn and an elite back like Deuce around them thats for sure. And the ones that do normally have better success than Brooks has. Im not saying hes not good, im just saying hes overrated enough and shouldnt hasnt done anything to call himself "great" yet.
Manning has Edge and 3 great recievers, Favre has Green, Walker, and Driver, Brady has Dillon, Culpepper has Bennett/Onterrio and Moss, McNabb has Westbrook and Owens, McNair had Brown and Mason, Brees had Tomlinson and Gates, Bledsoe had McGahee, Evans and Moulds, etc. Im not condoning his comments, but people view Brooks as some sort of awful player that people hype as the greatest, no one does that, and he is a good player, but he isnt great. He isn't certainly the best, but he is better than many QBs in the league.

Ive always thought Brooks had tons of potential, but he still worries me. Its his decision making. In a word, its terrible. But he has the tools and supporting cast to imrpove, so hopefully he does.
