Jumping ship only reinforces the perception of Viking fans being bandwagon jumpers.
I suffered through the 70's, 80's, & the early 90's of atrocious Packer teams (that's 25 some odd years). Sure I hated the management, coaching and players at times, but that's a lot of what being a fan is about. YOU CARE about the team, and suffer with them.
Obviously, you still do care, but to jump ship simply because you're disgusted reeks of the desperation to latch onto some other team's potential glory. False glory for the real fan, and it is simply lame and perhaps disloyal, and something a true fan would never do.
You must have a second favorite team, right? Root for them.
But don't bail on your team, or you may have to change your moniker to "Ricky4Prez".

I just want to warn you to NOT become a Browns fan. You will have more pain, agony, and suffering than anything the Vikings could ever give you.

How could you be a Browns fan, their logos and jerseys are so.. ugly. Haha. Because you know that's such an important factor.
