I don't want to give up on Joey yet, but if i had a pick from all of those based on their production this year, i'd go with Brees or Griese.
I'd like to see Warner or Kitna as a backup to Joey.

I don't think we should give up on Joey yet either. That's very hard for me to say, but I know it's true. But, I think getting a veteran on our sidelines would help a lot. Someone like Griese or Warner.

I am still on the side of Joey as well. Getting one of those other QB's does not make us a Super Bowl team or even a playoff team, they have all had bad seasons and that is the reason they are on the move. If they were the best they would not be available.

I think Kitna and Warner are the only QBs listed that might be available next season. Of those I wouldn't mind Kitna, but he has only done it one year and a new team and system could be hard for him to pick up. Warner is too immobile to survive Raiola's Ole` blocks and the speed rushers beating the LT who's names escapes me at the moment.

So I would hope they would draft a QB with a sense of how to be a QB.

Play Joey for another year, and if it doesn't work out, give McMahon the ball.

I wouldnt want anyone on that list. Give Joey another year he is getting comfortable with the offence. The West Coast Offense is a very hard thing to learn, and doing it with the Lions must be nearly impossible.

yep. Our RB is known for bad hands, nobody is really sure if anyone plays TE for the Lions (we never see anybody out there), and we probably lead the division/league in dropped passes. Dropped Passes in a West Coast? that doesn't work out.
