Wow, when I drafted him in my playoff league I never imagined him having a game like this. Especially not in the first half. Ahhh it's a good day to own Manning and Wayne in a playoff league. :-D B-)

OMG! I almost posted a similar message 5 minutes into the game but decided the forum would just rip on me for ripping on the crappy announcers... They friggin' suck!!! I hope the vikes game has good announcers... I am so sick of announcers with an obvious bias!!!

How many carries did Edge get? I'm guessing be got 15. They should run more. It could be 42-24 at the end, but they would have a much more well-rounded offense (in terms of participation).

I believe he had 18 carries for about 65 yards. I agree, giving James more carries would further wear down the defenses and make his Manning's play fakes more effective. However, if they are scoring 49 with the way they play now, you can not blame him for sticking with it. (although I do get mad when they pass on 1st and goal from the 2)

I'm still waiting to see what they'll do out in the cold and the against the disciplined defense of New England. They'd better be running it more next week, or they may find themselves down and out. New England can be run on, and they might not be expecting it if they stay with the ground game. It'd be like NE not using Dillon for a while in their first game...tricky!

With the injuries in the secondary - NWE can be thrown on now as well - just look at the CIN game. They had better come up with some good nickel packages else they are in trouble.

earlier on the year, i hated on the peyton hype that was going around..but now im buying it. this guy is a great qb. its amazing the numbers he has consistently put up!!! i think the thing that changed me thinking was the classy way he played off setting the record. very proffessional. he may have a peanut-shaped head, but he is a dominating force, and i wish i was an owner :-) ;-D :-) ;-D
