Coach of the Year?

Well, the 49ers suck, no offense, but I think whoever the Niners bring in could really make this team 9-7, quite a turnaround. So, putting USC's Petey aside, who would you most want leading the 49ers next season?

I main choice i want is Ronnie lott but i know he does not want to coach,So i would want Romeo a proven winner with the pats and he could get the 49ers back from the dead

It's really too bad we let go of Jim Mora, Jr...I thought he was great as the defensive coach with the Niners, and now he's coaching the Falcons to the NFC Championship game. :-[

I'm glad to see Mora Jr. doing well in Atlanta, however, I don't think he would be the right fit for the 49ers. Donahue was continuing to take the team further and further away from it's past glory with both player and coaching moves. IMO, hiring Mora would be a little better than hiring Erickson, but not much. This team needed a big makeover and I think Nolan could very well be the ticket.
