It's like, how many idiots does it take to cost your team 3 points?
For a few of the teams that are now out of the playoffs, it only takes one...

On the fake field goal play, they said what happened was that an extra offensive linemen stayed on the field so if Moss had stayed on the sidelines like he was supposed to, he would've been the 12th player, so they had him come off to avoid the penalty.
Here's my problem with this. Wouldn't you be better off leaving 12 guys on the field, getting the TD, forcing Philly to accept the penalty, and then kicking the field goal since you get to replay the down?
Instead, they let him come off and essentially sacrificed the play and turned it over on downs, without another chance to kick the field goal.
Almost an unbelieveable piece of body control by Mitchell (and terrible tackling by Minny)...but this one should get called no TD and a touchback awarded to the Vikings.
They better take advantage of these dodged bullets.

Its good thing Tice blew a timeout to put that play together. He is the worst coach in the NFL
Chris Mortensen: You can make a case for both QBs (Marino @ Elway) when talking about the "greatest ever", but in terms of just physical talent, John Elway was hands-down the most gifted quarterback who has ever played football.
Now, this is a tough call to make. Robinson took three steps in the end zone, but he really wasn't in full control of the ball. Then, he had control, but his foot was on the out of bounds line. Then, he reacquired it while sitting on the ground.
I suppose it's not a TD, but another tough call for the referee!

i think they made the right call... i'dsay the refs usually get it right with the instant replay... i'm assuming the previous 3 messages were before the tons of replays and explanations of the rule... my saying "i think they made the right call" comes after listening to the rules and watching the replay over and over... harder to tell right away...
