I just read the headlines. Nobody was, or is, as charming and witty as that man was during late night. He was a well remembered part of my childhood. Here's to you, Johnny!

Carson was cool, no doubt about it. I loved when he did Carnac the Magnificent and any time he had animals on the show. The marmoset on the head was classic.

RIP. :,-(

Agreed. So many memories, can't think of which would be the funniest. I loved all of it. Carson definately one of the best ever during late night.

Definately a huge loss to entertainment. This man invented late night and no one has done it like him since he left.

R.I.P. Johnny :,-(

I am too young to have ever watched him live, but I still have limitless respect for him.

This is one man I think we could all learn something from.

Rest In Peace
