Former Heisman trophy winner Eric Crouch was signed by the chiefs.

I feel this is a waste of time for my beloved chiefs Crouch has already quit two teams not even lasting it untill the regular season on both of them.

What I think is, that this post makes it official... gentlemen, we've reached the off-season.

LOL, every little signed makes a headline in the offseason i guess.

I dont think it is either good nor bad. He will most likely not make the team and if he does then it will be for special teams or 3rd string only

Actually it was two years ago, 2003 off-season. Maybe you're thinking of Couch. Either way, discussing Crouch/Couch seems to be a benchmark for the off-season.

Safety. And even for KC's horrible D, Crouch won't have a chance of making the team. Great option running safety though.
