lol. Actually, most of my posts were posted in the Alexander v. Portis thread. That thing was like 14 pages long before it got locked. :-)

Your name keeps popping up in these threads a lot for someone who keeps telling everyone to just ignore me.

C'mon Sweetness. What the heck else are we going to talk about during the boring off-season? I don't see any other current threads that are 7 pages long. Roll with the punches, bro.

Adding some more value to this thread.

Here's my standard picture of some dude with a fish.

Here and here. There are about 15 pages of fruit wars, too, which are much more interesting. If you want to talk conspiracy theories, how did blueberries upset blackberries? No way that would happen without some "outside" help. I'm talking about YOU deluxe_247, I know you or one of your "paid blueberry consultants" is reading this...

And by the way, evolution is just a theory. Creationism rox!!!

Sig of EaglesRule:

"Held the best offense to 3 points -- a sissy dome team with no game plan, outside in the snow

Scored 41 on the best defense -- with the help of a rookie quarterback and his teams four turnovers"

sounds like someone is underestimating the patriots a whole lot...

statements like that make me wonder...

are you and bagobones the same person only from opposite realities... or dimensions or whatever? like superman and bizarro superman?

bag hates the eagles and is blinded by his absurd bias
eaglesrule loves the eagles and is blinded by his absurd bias

the patriots excellent "D" and gameplanning made those turnovers happen. the patriots had the 4th best scoring offense in the NFL and the 2nd best defense... they gameplan better than just about any team... they are one hell of a team and those games were not flukes... if you need proof just watch every game they've played in the last 2 seasons... they slipped up in a couple of them... but no more than any other dominant team does... this is no cakewalk... if the patriot lose (which i can't imagine happening) it will be a tough fought game...

Yeah, the Broncos thought the Colts' WR's were a bunch of sissies too, and look what happened to them. Sissy or no sissy, the Colts' offense this season was arguably the best EVER.

I think the Colts would have had a much better chance in that game if they would have used a run-first approach like they did in Week 1 of the season.

As far as the Pittsburgh game goes, you can't blame Roethlisberger for the way Tom Brady methodically picked that defense apart. You can't blame Roethlisberger for the Steelers allowing Deion Branch to go deep early in the game.

You're right, it sounds like a bunch of excuses.

Besides, while we're playing the "who have you beat?" game, who has Philly beat? An 8-8 Minnesota team at home? An 11-5 Atlanta team that only played two teams all year with winning records (at home)?

The Eagles were practically handed a ticket to the Super Bowl with how weak the NFC was this year. God, is February 6th here yet?
