If the Bengals do decide to use their franchise tag on Rudi Johnson, they could find themselves in cap trouble.

I'm sure they can re-sign him but it makes you wonder a little more if they will. I can see why they didn't want to commit long-term.

32 Tennessee Titans $-26 M
The Titans are clearly in cap trouble and are going to have to make some tough decisions regarding their current roster. That could mean waving adios to Derek Mason and Samari Rolle.

Where do you thing Mason ends up? I can't imagine they can keep him being so far over.

I didnt know that the jets were in such good shape cap-wise. Looks like they will be able to resign Abraham after all, not that they would want to after what he did in the playoffs.

Wow, the Dolphins are $17 million over the cap. I'm guessing they aren't going to get much better anytime soon. I can see David Boston wearing silver and black in 2005, though.
