bananas by far. being a mountian biker, my diet staples are power bars, brea, peanut butter, and bananas. The best carb-heavy lunch in the world iinvloves bananas. Lightly toast a piece of whole wheat bread, put peanut butter on it, top it with m&m's or raisins (if you want to), and peel a banana. Wrap the bread around the banana and shove it down your throat. Good stuff!!
