and O-line guys will generally tell you it happens every play, it's just a matter of how they hide it. The ones that are called are the obvious, which usually happen when the gap between O-line and QB/RB is stretched and penetrated.
The ones that aren't called happen every play when the horses meet and fight in the trenches... knuckles are broken, blood is spilled, spit is exchanged and spirits are broken.
Then you line it up... do it again... until you can own the other man's soul.
This is how games are won by lineman.
