Chiefs: Holmes says he'll be ready

Chiefs' running back Priest Holmes said Wednesday that he will make a full recovery from the knee injury that ended his 2004 season prematurely. "It's much better," Holmes told the Kansas City Star of his knee. "I'll be ready for next year." Holmes played eight games in 2004 and finished with 892 rushing yards and 14 rushing touchdowns.
Our View
Holmes has discussed the idea of retiring in past years, so it's good to hear him commit to 2005 already. His recovery from knee surgery will be one of the hottest topics in fantasy football throughout the offseason.

Thanks so much for the post Swiper...this provided me with a day's worth of laughter. I don't understand how this guy has a job relating anything to fantasy football with the amount of knowledge he has, as shown by this mock. DD, all 3 top qb's, Henry, Rudi, Vick, and Andre Johnson all way too early. McGahee, Ahman, Deuce, Dillon, Chad Johnson, Kevin Jones all pretty late.
