It is a necessity for them to get along although some sets may not.I say most twins would be pretty close(emotionally) and that the innocent one would take one for his "team".The courts would probably be able to make some special circumstances like house arrest or something.

im quite shure that they would not get punished, in terms of jail time. They would rather let a hundred guilty peopel go free than see 1 inocent one goto jail, if they uesd thsi they would not do time, but mabee some brutal parole or w/e
