right now, the cowboys defense is alright, but I thinbk their greatest needs are on ofense, especially in the spots of WR and QB. They could get by with Testaverde, Romo, or HEnson, but it wouldn't necessairly help them. They also need a young, solid WR that would be getting the majority of looks by whichever QB is at the helm. Julius Jones is a very strong player, but he can't get 30+ carries each game and except to singlehandedly win games for the Cowboys.
