I was mostly pissed that Derrick Thomas didn't get in, he might not be as deserving as some of the other guys but I used to love watching him play.

Couldn't agree more. To me he was the biggest snub out there. His explosive style of play really shaped that position for the future.

As for Irvin, this is clearly a slap at him for the legal troubles that he was involved in during his career. Pretty standard political stuff. What will be interesting to see is if he makes it next season when Aikman is eligible for the HOF. I'm not sure about the likelihood of 2 teammates making the same HOF class.
