no the opposite is a scramble. A draw is "a play in which the quarterback drops back as if to pass, then hands off to a running back or runs with the ball himself." A scramble is the opposite of that. a scramble is "on a called passing play, when the quarterback runs from the pocket in an attempt to avoid being sacked, giving the receivers more time to get open or attempting to gain positive yards by running himself." from this, you can tell that they are opposites.
