Oh come on. I thought it was OK. Especially that song 'Live and let die' with those huge fireworks was pretty good.

While McCartney's music doesn't fit too well compared to classic rock bands, he's one of the best acts in music, period. I think you gotta keep in mind that the entertainment is for the stadium fans as well, and well, if I paid the absurd amount of money for a Superbowl ticket, and got to see one of the world's best musicians perform as a free-bee(instead of paying another absurd amount of money for his concert), I'd be pretty delighted.

Also, no matter how boring you find McCartney (I don't think Beatles qualifies as boring. speed not does equal more exciting music) this show was certainly better than Janet Jackson/Timberlake's horrible duet, and the Aerosmith/Britney Spears/N'Sync massacre of a good classic rock tune.

I liked that exact sequence. Everything else was bland.

But the HUGE plasma screens built into the stage was dope.

I do not mind MTV running the show.

It was better than the MTV stuff. Paul sounded good for an old man. But, why are they stuck on music? Where's the good mindless entertainment like trampoline acrobats or dogs catching 70 yd. frisbee bombs?

Um, or the year they did that Indiana Jones stunt thing from Disneyland or something. What the heck was that? Even though I get the willies thinking about it now, Michael Jackson's "Heal the World" show in the Rose Bowl in '92 was probably the best ever. Go ahead, let me have it.

Micheal Jackson would let you have it.

If you were like 10.
