The goof has to be Freddie Mitchell. Nobody really had high expectations for him, but after all the crap he had talked before the game, he got what was coming to him.

1) all the picks
2) taking his time with a few minutes left when they needed two scores

I'd have to agree. The Eagles wasted so much time in the last six minutes, they literally gave that game away at the end. Also, Freddie Mitchell is an obvious choice.
